Study on aerobic hydrolysis characteristic of the agaric cultivation waste

In order to investigate aerobic hydrolysis characteristic of the agaric cultivation waste,agaric residue was used as raw material for hydrolysis and fermentation with 10% TS mass fraction. The experiments were carried out individually at 34, 38, 44 ℃ with 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 h. The results showed that aerobic hydrolysis of agaric cultivation waste whose time was 8h and temperature was 44 ℃ had the highest degradation rate of lignin of 19.91%, which accounted for 67.05% of the total degradation. Under the optimum conditions, VS gas production rate of agaric cultivation waste increased by 13.16% comparing with the direct anaerobic fermentation. The experimental results showed that with aerobic hydrolysis pretreatment lignin degradation rate and gas production rate of the agaric cultivation waste can be effectively improved.
