The nutritive components: protein, amino acids, inorganic elements and fatty acids in fat of the kernel of pecan of Hei long jiang Province had been analyzed by chemical and instrumental method. The results prove that the kernel of pecan of Hei long jiang Province contents hign protein (23.34%) and fat (61.6%). In addifion there are very hign componets of unsaturated fatty acids (83.5%) in fat. therefore, the Kernel of pecan has good nutritive values. It is necessery for us to develop and utilize it.
