VI-based Portable Turbine Governor Testing Device

SU Li,NAN Haipeng(Xi'an University of Technology,Xi'an 710048,China)  
Based on the performance indicators of hydro-turbine governor,with LabVIEW as its developing studio,the new portable testing device of hydro-turbine governor based on virtual instrument is designed,by which the frequency function of the testing device is realized and improved.The validity of the device is proved in field tests.
