A Study for Multipath Fading Prediction in LMSS

This paper analyzes and discusses the multipath fading distribution in LMSS design. Based on Nakagami-Rice distribution and experiment data, a new method is derived for the multipath fading prediction in LMSS. Comparison shows that this method gives prediction values in good agreement with the measured data, and reasonable physical explanation, and is applicable, over a wide range.
