Study on feasibility of sewage treatment system of constructed wetland in west Jilin Province

The lack of water resource is one important reason to cause a poor environment in western Jilin Province. So purification and reuse the sewage is one of the effective means to alleviate this problem. With plenty of saline-alkaline lands, there are special advantages to construct wetland sewage treatment system in these areas.Comprehensive factors were considered, it is feasible that municipal wastewater was treated by constructed wetland. Taking Taonan city as an example, this paper presented general treatment technics and compared with traditional sewage treatment technics.
