Glucose Microsensor Based on Tetrathiafulvalene Modified Platinum

A glucose oxidase (GOD) microsensor with tetrathiafulvalene(TTF) used as an electron transfer mediator has been described. The linear range of the microsensor is 1.0×10￣(-4)～1. 5×10￣(-3)mol· L￣(-1). The interference of electroactive species such as ascorbic and uric acid can be avoided. The microsensor can be used for the determination of glucose in blood plasma.
