Glucose Microsensor Based on Tetrathiafulvalene Modified Platinum

A glucose oxidase (GOD) microsensor with tetrathiafulvalene(TTF) used as an electron transfer mediator has been described. The linear range of the microsensor is 1.0×10 ̄(-4)~1. 5×10 ̄(-3)mol· L ̄(-1). The interference of electroactive species such as ascorbic and uric acid can be avoided. The microsensor can be used for the determination of glucose in blood plasma.
