On Idiosyncratic Capital and the Nature of Institutional Changes

 The theory value of increasing returns,being a new production factor,is regarded as an object of study for the institutional changes,which will try to make the application value of the new production factor as close as the theory value.Consequently,it is a tendency of the institutional changes.
