Affecting factors analyzing of HBsAg transmission from 72 HBsAg carriers to their spouses

objective To study the affecting factors of HBsAg transmission through HBsAg carries' spouses.Methods The research was a descriptive study.A survey was carried out among 72 HBsAg carriers with their stable spouses,testing their spouses' infection status and gathering the necessary information of their daily lives.Compared the differences between non-infection group and infection group,analyzing the certain affecting factors.Results Factors making infection status assume a declining trend were:Hepatitis B vaccination;healthy sexual behaviors,high knowledge and clean environment.Conclusion Four factors significantly effected the rate of HBsAg transmission from carriers to their spouses.
