The Study on the Impact of Personalized Nursing Intervention for Patients with Bladder Tumor after Chemotherapy Compliance

Objective To investigate the effect of personalized care intervention on the compliance of bladder cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.Methods 66 cases of bladder cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 33 cases.The experimental group was given a personalized care intervention,control group received conventional care.A follow-up of four months was given to investigate.The chemotherapy compliance was observed in the two groups.Results Between the two sets of compliance and the implementation of personalized care and chemotherapy compliance,intervention patients was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The effective personalized care intervention can significantly improve the chemotherapy of bladder cancer patients compliance,allowing patients to actively cooperate with the clinical treatment and care,and promote the speedy recovery of the body.
