The Influence of Nursing Intervention to the Prevention of the Elderly Patients' Fall

Objective To discuss the influence of strengthening the nursing intervention to the prevention of the elderly patients' fall through analysising the reasons of the elderly patients' fall.Methods In this clinical observation,the 200 elderly inpatients are divided into two groups with each 100 patients randomly.Treatment group is treated with fall assessment,rational use of drug,greater efforts to daily life propaganda and education,safety and health education.Control group is without the treatment which was used in treatment group.The efficiency was measured with the rate of fall and the condition of lesions caused by fall.Results Fall events happen in reatment group obviously less than that in control group(P0.05),with statistical significance difference.Conclusion By adopting fall assessment,rational use of drug,greater efforts to daily life propaganda and education,safety and health education,we can reduce the rate of fall and guarantee the quality of life.
