Investigation on general well-being and its influencing factors of clinical nurses in Hangzhou

Objective To investigate the level of general well-being and its influencing factors of clinical nurses in Sir Run Run Shaw(SRRS) hospital.Methods A total of 180 clinical nurses in SRRS hospital were investigated by convenient sampling survey with self-designed general information scale and General Well-being Scale(GWB),and then assess the level of general well-being.The influencing factors of general well-being were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results Among 168 clinical nurses,the average score of general well-being is(76.79±9.17);it was significantly higher than the female norms(P0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status,professional title and educational background were factors influencing the level of general well-being on clinical nurses.Conclusion In general,the level of general well-being on clinical nurses was high;whereas marital status,professional title and educational background were relate to the level of general well-being on clinical nurses.
