Effect of daily"five inquiry" in high quality nursing service

Objective To study effect of daily "five inquiry" carried out by primary nurse in high quality nursing service.Methods A total of 168 cases of hospitalized patients with more than 1 week,randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group used the "first meet responsibility system" and active self-introduction,and the treatment group adopted daily "five inquiry" way to care on the basis of the control group.Finally test the nurses and patients with questionnaire.Results More than 90% of the patients in the treatment group know their primary nurse well and nursing quality is better than control group(P0.05).The pressure difference of nurses between the control group and treatment group is not significant(P0.05).Conclusion Implement of daily "five inquiry",which harmonized relationship between patients and nurses,and supervised the nursing staff to perform high quality nursing service,and improved the quality of nursing,and at the same time,it not only improved the nursing professional identity,but also improved patient satisfaction and nurses themselves satisfaction.
