The practice and effects of APN scheduling responsibility supply suystem in Neurology department

Objective To explore nurse scheduling model which is beneficial to arrange nursing human resources and ensure nursing quality.Methods Compare change of handing-over-frequency,the degree of satisfaction of patients and nurses after carrying out APN scheduling responsibility system.Results When APN scheduling responsibility system was put into practice,handing-overfrequency was reduced from 5 per day to 3 per day,and the degree of satisfaction of patients and nurses was improved.Conclusion APN scheduling mode made nursing human resources distribution more resonable by making up for the weaknesses of noonshift and nightshift,contributing to safety of patients and physical and mental health of nurses,improving the quality of nursing service.
