Gestational impaired glucose tolerance control study of pregnant women and prospective pregnancy outcome

Objective To analyze the gestational impaired glucose tolerance and pregnancy result. Methods The obstetrics and gynecology hospital in 2010 April to 2012 March were treated 126 cases of gestational impaired glucose tolerance impaired clinical data of pregnant women as the observation group, the normal production of pregnant women to take over the same period in 126 cases as control group, compared two groups of patients with pregnancy complications, mode of delivery, perinatal situation difference. Results The observation group patients with pregnancy complications was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05); in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group of patients with vaginal delivery, vaginal delivery and cesarean section rate was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05); control the perinatal groups were significantly better than the patients in the observation group, fetal macrosomia, growth retardation, premature infants, the incidence was significantly lower than the Observation group (P 0.05). Conclusion Gestational impaired glucose tolerance during pregnancy complications, cesarean section rate and perinatal accident rate was obviously higher than the normal blood glucose should pay attention to maternal, prenatal screening and symptomatic treatment.
