Application of PCR-ELISA in the analysis and detection of transgenic soybean

Shan Hong(Cereal Research Center,Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Harbin,150086)  
With oligonucleotide as the solid phase primer,amplification of the sample was conducted by PCR with covalent cross-linking.The product could be separated as the solid phase product on the wall of the tube and the liquid phase product dissociated in the liquid.Both of the products were analyzed by PCR-ELISA.This method was highly sensitive,reliable,and easy to operate.It is an applicable and practical method for the analysis of transgenic soybean.
