Analysis on Static and Quasi-static Sensitivity Characteristics of High-pressure Piezoelectric Sensors

Aiming at the differences between the static and quasi-static sensitivities of the highpressure piezoelectric sensors in the chamber pressure measurement,the quantitative analysis was accomplished.The static and quasi-static calibrations to sensors(kistler 6215)were made respectively by static pressure calibration device and hydraulic dynamics calibration device with drop hammer.The models about the two calibration methods were respectively established by least square method firstly.Then,the variance significance of two work models were analyzed by F test,and the confidence intervals of two regression lines were analyzed,and the change law of point sensitivity in two groups of calibration data were studied as well.The results show that the slopes of two regression lines are not the same at a confidence level of 0.05,and the quasi-static calibrations to sensors(6215) is more practical than static calibrations.
