Influence of percutaneous coronary intervention for cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction

Zheng Chun;First People's Hospital of Xiaogan City;
Objective To observe and analyze the role of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the two color random grouping methods, with 50 cases in each group.In the control group of patients were given routine drug treatment while in the observation group of patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.Then,the clinical treatment effects of two groups of patients were scientific evaluated. Results The LVDs and LVDd in the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the control group,and the LVEF, FS compared with the control group was significantly improved.The proportion of Ⅰ~Ⅱof patients in the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 62.50%,and the proportion of Ⅲ~Ⅳwas 20.00%,which was lower than the control group of 37.50%(P0.05). Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction,the implementation of percutaneous coronary intervention,which it is conducive to ease the clinical symptoms, improve heart function, improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients,thus it is worthy to be promoted and applied in the clinical.
