Objective To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil on dosage of sufentanil for postoperative analgesia on lower limb fracture patients. Methods 82 cases of fracture of lower limb surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups used sufentanil analgesia after operation, but in the observation group the patients were given 15 min preoperative flurbiprofen preemptive analgesia.Observed postoperative VAS score,Ramsay sedation score, sufentanil consumption, occurrence PCIA pump pressing times and adverse reaction conditions of two groups. Results VAS score and Ramsay sedation score in two groups had no difference, which was not statistically significant. The consumption of sufentanil group[6 h:(25.84±5.16)μg;24 h:(49.63±6.11)μg],press times of PCIA(5.83±2.48)were less than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions(9.8%)compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil injection can reduce the use of postoperative analgesia of sufentanil consumption, and does not affect the analgesic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has good clinical effect.
