Objective Analysis to the emergency of minimally invasive treatment for adult clinical effect of urethral stone with acute urinary retention. Methods 60 patients with urethral stone with acute urinary retention as the research object, in accordance with the table Numbers randomly divided into two groups, which give control group routine treatment, while the observation group using minimally invasive treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results Two groups were successfully completed surgery, observation group of the length of hospital stay, operative time and intraoperative blood loss, respectively(7.1 ± 1.1) d,(39.1 ± 7.8) min and(45.6 ± 5.6) m L, significantly better than that of control group(10.9 ± 1.5) d,(74.5 ± 10.3) min and(56.1 ± 11.2) m L, compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P 0.05); Observation group the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were 6.67%, 6.67%, respectively, both lower than the control group were 30%, 23.33%,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P 0.05); At the same time, two groups of residual urine volume, Qmax, QOL score, and IPSS score comparison difference had statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Clinical use(percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under the treatment of adult urethral stone with acute urinary retention, not only has quick recovery, small injury, the operation is simple, and many other advantages, also can reduce the recurrence rate and improve patients prognosis, is worth promoting.
