Effect of prenatal treatment on pregnancy outcome and prognosis of pregnant women with syphilis

Objective To study the effect of the treatment of pregnant women with syphilis on the outcome of pregnancy and the effect of maternal and infant prognosis. Methods Review of relevant information,60 cases of syphilis in pregnant women in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2016 were selected, due to treatment at different times of prenatal, Divided into early pregnancy group(20 weeks) and late pregnancy group 34 cases and 26 cases(20 weeks). All the groups were treated with the patients who had been diagnosed with syphilis, observation and comparison of the different groups of patients after treatment of pregnancy outcome, neonatal Apgar score and maternal and infant RPR titer. Results After the intervention of different time, the effect was different. The normal delivery rate of the early pregnancy group was higher than that in the middle and late pregnancy group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that in the middle and late pregnancy group, and the prognosis of the newborn Apgar score and maternal and infant RPR titers were better than those in the late pregnancy group, after comparing the data between the groups of patients, found that the difference was significant, with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion The treatment of pregnant women with syphilis in different time after the treatment, found that the treatment effect is better.Increases the incidence of normal labor, improve the quality of life of mother and infant, it is worth to trust and promote the application in clinical.
