Objective To compare the clinical effects of different doses of rosuvastatin in the treatment of CA and its effect on the disease. Methods 80 patients with CA who received treatment in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2016 were divided into low dose group(10mg/d, 40cases) and high dose group(20mg/d, 40 cases) according to the dosage of rosuvastatin. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FMD, LVEF, hs CRP and Gensini score in the high dose group were significantly superior to those of the low dose group(P0.05). The total effective rate of the high dose group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 72.5% of the low dose group(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with the use of the 10mg/d, rosuvastatin 20mg/d has more advantages in regulating blood lipids in patients with CA, improve heart function, ease the inflammatory reaction, and reduce the degree of disease.
