Objective To investigate the effect of different anesthesia methods for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 120 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. In the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group anesthesia efficiency was 95%, the control group anesthesia was81.67%, with significant difference between the two groups(P0.05); anesthesia complication rate of the observation group 13.33%, control group anesthesia complications in 38.33%, with significant difference between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for laparoscopic hysterectomy compared with endotracheal anesthesia anesthesia effect is better, conducive to the stable circulatory function, reduce anesthetic complications, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
