Clinical analysis of renal tubular acidosis caused by Sj?gren's syndrome with hypokalemia

Objective Pay attention to the etiology of hypokalemia, identify and improve the understanding of renal tubular acidosis. Methods Two cases werepresented and Clinical features were analyzed. Results The 2 patients were female with different duration of disease, gastrointestinal symptoms and hypokalemia is the main clinical features, easy to misdiagnosis. Conclusion The etiology of hypokalemia is complicated, and renal tubular acidosis is one of them. Clinicians should improve the understanding of the disease and search for the etiology of hypokalemia so as to prompt the diagnosis and treatment.
