Cheng Xiao-tong;Liu Yan-song;Shenyang Women's and Children's Hospital;
Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of Annular Ligation and Opening-Taking Embryo Operation on Interstitial Tubal Pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 112 cases with unrupture lump interstitial tubal pregnancies(requesting reserve procreate function) were retrospectively analyzed. The cases are divided into two groups according to the operation time and operation methods(65 cases in research group,47 cases in control group). The cases of control group were treated with opening-taking embryo by laparoscopic operation after injected hypophysin around the pregnancy lump, and in the study group, we first annular ligate the pregnancy lump and then opening-take the embryo by laparoscopic operation. Operation accomplish rate, operation time, operation blood volume, persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP) happening rate, fallopian tube unobstructed information and pregnancy information after operation were compared between these two groups. Results In study group,operation success rate and Fallopian tube unobstructed rate were significantly higher than that in control group; the operation time and operation blood volume were obviously lesser than that jn control group. There was no patient with persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP) in study group. While there were 4 patients with persistent ectopic pregnances in control group. Conclusion It is safe and effective with using laparoscopic annular ligation and openingtaking embryo operation on interstitial tubal pregnancy.
