The clinical effect between Laparoscopic and Traditional open surgery in treatment of common bile duct stones

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct stones between open surgery in treatment of common bile duct stones. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 144 cases of common bile duct stones patients with the laparoscopic group(99 cases) and the open surgery group(45 cases) of patients before, during and after the operation. Results Two groups of patients medical diseases, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recovery of intestinal function and postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications, postoperative leukocytes and transaminase lift was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct stones better than open surgery in the patients with more medical diseases.
