Application of cilostazol for preventing restenosis in lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease stent implantation

Objective To discuss the application of cilostazol for preventing restenosis in lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease stent implantation. Methods 100 patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease were selected, all patients were randomly divided into cilos group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group was given aspirin + clopidogrel treatment, cilos group on the basis was given cilostazol treatment. Results The 3, 6 months legs of incidence of postoperative restenosis and minimal lumen diameter levels of cilos group were lower than those of end of operation, the minimal lumen diameter decline of the former was lower than the latter(P0.05), but the incidence of bleeding events of two groups were the same. Conclusion Cilostazol can further improve minimal lumen diameter level of patients,it is helpful to the prevention of restenosis, and it has good security.
