Clinical effect and application of tragus cartilage-cartilage membrane in tympanoplasty

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application of trabecular cartilage-perichondrocytes in tympanoplasty. Methods Retrospective analysis of 76 patients(79 cases) with trabeculectomy, To observe the postoperative tympanic membrane and compare the preoperative and postoperative hearing. Results 79 cases of surgical ears, postoperative review more than 3 months, 1 case of cartilage cartilage-cartilage necrosis, see the large perforation; 2 cases of tympanic membrane edge of the tip of the size of the perforation did not heal; 3 cases of tympanic membrane attached to the anterior wall of the external auditory canal; The rest of the ear capsules are healing. Postoperative hearing was significantly improved compared with preoperative. Conclusion The tragus cartilage-cartilage membrane for the tympanoplasty achieved good results and can be used in clinical surgery.
