Evidence-based nursing intervention effect of infantile fever at different times to observe

Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on the fever of children in different periods. Methods 140 children with fever in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The selection time was from December 2014 to December 2016. After obtaining the consent of all parents, the patients were divided into routine nursing group and evidence-based nursing group, each with 70 cases. The effects of body temperature,fever duration, recurrence frequency, recurrence interval and complication were compared between the two groups, and the satisfaction of the parents in the two groups was observed. Degree situation. Results The body temperature of the children with fever was(36.23 ± 0.18) ℃, the duration of fever was(3.86 ± 0.58) min, the number of recurrence was(2.31 ± 1.12) and the recurrence interval was(10.56 ± 1.89) h(P 0.05). The incidence of complications in the evidence-based nursing group was 1.43%, which was lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P0.05), and the children in the routine nursing group The nursing satisfaction of the parents was 97.14%, while the nursing care satisfaction of the routine nursing group was 85.71%, the former was significantly better than the latter(P0.05). Conclusion In the different period of fever in children, the application of evidence-based nursing effect is considerable, high security, it is worth further use.
