Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonic acid in patients with coronary heart disease, myocardial ischemia of TC, TG,LDL-C level

Objective To ecplore the clinical effects of hematoblastic activation function for the patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina blood stasis by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection. Methods 150 patients were divided into two groups, the control group of 73 patients with conventional treatment, the observation group of 77 patients on the basis of conventional methods, combined with sodium tanshinone ⅡA to treat,the clinical effectiveness of patients. Results The total effective rate of experiment group were higher than control group(P0.05). Compared with the control group, the improvement of TC, TG and LDL-C levels in the observation group was better, the difference is statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion It can improve the hematobastic activation function for the patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina blood stasis by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection, it can improve the clinical symptons. It can also prevent atherosclerosis and regulate the level of vascular aging factor.
