The clinical research of preoperative interfere inpatients that lung paracentesis biopsy per cutem to guide by computerized tomography

Objective Comparative study preoperative interfere in patients that lung paracentesis biopsy per cutem to guide by computerized tomography, to reveal reasonable method and to reflect superiority. Methods Intervention group(60 cases), include prophylactic to stop coughing, hemostasis, odynolysis, spasmolysis, sedative and mental intervention; Control group(60 cases), no preoperativeintervention. Results To compare two groups, the adverse effectincidence rate of intervention group patients was decreased obviously. The contrast to have statistical significance. But the contrast of hemoptysis, pneumothorax and febrileincidence rate have no statistical significance. Conclusion Preoperative interfere in patients that lung paracentesis biopsy per cutem to guide by computerized tomography, can decreaseadverse effectincidence rateobviously, to be worthclinicgeneralization.
