Effect of intensive nursing intervention on improving children's compliance with amblyopia training

Objective To observe the effect of intensive nursing intervention to improve the compliance of children's amblyopia training.Methods 146 children with amblyopia treated in our department of Ophthalmology from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the random even odd number method,the control group and the experimental group were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 73 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional amblyopia synthesis and the experimental group.Amblyopia training strengthened nursing intervention,compared two groups of treatment effect,treatment compliance.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P0.05);the treatment compliance of the experimental group was significant.The sex was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention plays an important role in improving the clinical treatment effect and training compliance of children with amblyopia,and can significantly improve the visual acuity of the patients.It is worthy of being widely used and popularized in clinical practice.
