Study on Monitoring Points of Delayed Closure after Complicated Congenital Heart Surgery in Infants

Chen Feng;Wuhan Asian Heart Hospital;
Objective To study the monitoring points of delayed closure of chest after complex congenital heart surgery in infants and young children.Methods A total of 60 children with complicated congenital heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October2017 were included in the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group adopted omnibearing monitoring,and the observation group further optimized the contents of the comprehensive monitoring.Compare VAS scores,hospital stay,and complications.Results Compared with the VAS score in the control group,the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Compared with the hospital stay in the control group,the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The use of omnibearing monitoring for delayed closing of the chest after complicated congenital heart disease in infants and children can effectively shorten the treatment time and reduce complications.It is worth learning from.
