Application of fragmented wide QRS wave in the prognostic evaluation of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the application effect of fragmented wide QRS wave in the prognostic evaluation of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 188 AMI patients in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected,and they were given body surface 12-leads electrocardiogram examination,so as to detect the fQRS wave.According to fQRS wave,all the patients were divided into fQRS group(116 cases) and non-fQRS group(72 cases).The electrocardiogram,ultrasound estimated value and prognosis were compared between the two groups;fQRS group was divided into wide fQRS group(21 cases) and narrow fQRS group(95 cases) and analyzed,the electrocardiogram,ultrasound estimated value and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The QRS duration and QTc interval in fQRS group [(93.24±11.56)ms,(450.08±34.29)ms] were longer than non-fQRS group [(88.92±11.17)ms,(438.74±31.35)ms];The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in fQRS group(47.53±9.26)% was less than non-fQRS group(51.17±7.79)%(P0.05);The survival time of wide fQRS group(13.24±4.97)months was shorter than narrow fQRS group(16.92±4.43)months(P0.05).Conclusion Fragmented wide QRS wave for AMI patients can effectively evaluate the long-term prognosis,which has important significance in predicting cardiovascular events and sudden cardiac death.
