Experimental Study of Personal Dosimeter with Semiconductor Detector

Performance test of semiconductor detector based personal dosimeter was made for personal dose monitoring purpose. It is indicated that the energy response falls within 25% within photon energy range 50 keV~1.3 MeV between experimental value and committed value and dose rate measurements are in range 1 μSv/h~1 Sv/h.
