A method for rapid ground motion assessment: Taking Fuzhou basin as an example

To assess the earthquake disaster quickly is the foundation of post-disaster emergency.The traditional method for deciding emergency plan is according to the survey results.The distribution of affected degree is often described with intensity distribution map,and the intensity is closely related with the peak acceleration.This paper puts forward a method for rapid assessment of ground motion field distribution.This method will be mainly based on the real-time records and the attenuation relationship of acceleration of bedrock station in earthquake disaster area(including no real-time records on the strong earthquakes).At the same time,it is also based on the earthquake amplification factor of the area of various kinds of field.Finally,we can rapidly estimate the earthquake distribution and the disaster of this area which can be a basis for the government's emergency decision.
