Study on Impetus and Approaches of Deep Integration of Information Technology and Instruction

Deep integration of information technology and instruction has become an important task of basic educational informationization, and its fundamental impetus lies in transforming the orientation of personnel training in 21 st century and meeting multiple needs of students in information age. To promote the deep integration of information technology and instruction, it is necessary to establish a supporting system which includes academic assessment, disciplinary culture, school management, resource allocation,teachers' attitudes and beliefs, and teachers' knowledge and skills as well. Promoting new teaching modes,reforming traditional classroom ecology, conducting educational data analysis are main approaches of integrating ICT into teaching and learning. In order to realize the deep integration of ICT and instruction,it is vital to perfect the pre-service teachers and in-service teachers training system and improve teachers' professional qualities centered on TPACK.
