Research on International Policy and Its Characteristics of Educational Informationization Development

The United States, the European Union, Australia and South Korea are of the most advanced representatives in the development of Internet and education in the world. They introduce new policies continuously in these fields, which reflect common grounds: making efforts in infrastructure construction, strengthening the supply of educational resources and enhance technical capacities of teachers. These policies also show different characteristics, such as putting emphasis on the importance of learning results accreditation, paying attention to industrial development, focusing on leadership,establishing cooperative relations,which provides reference for China to promote a deep integration of the Internet and education.
