YANG Xueliang;XIE Bin;WANG Haiyan;School of Teacher Education, Tianshui Normal University;School of Educational Technology, Northwest Normal University;
In the process of urbanization, the rural education is gradually declining and the number of small-scale primary schools is growing. Due to the lack of teaching staff, some compulsory courses can't be offered and effective extracurricular activities can't be organized in the small-scale primary schools, and educational quality cannot be truly improved. Gradually, western rural primary schools are stuck in a dilemma.Through precise moving-education and e-education model, excellent teachers in urban areas can move to the rural primary schools to promote the interaction between teachers and students in urban and rural areas. In addition, high-quality educational resources can also be shared in western rural primary schools through the network platform. As a result, the balanced development of compulsory education in Western urban and rural areas can be accelerated.
