Latest Progress in Non-Destructive Ray Radiography Detection in Archaeological Sites

Portable X-ray detection and digital scanning system can be applied to analyze,identify,and study the archaeological sites,the internal structure,corrosion,and present condition of the relics of different materials and can strengthen the restoration effects in archaeological sites.This paper describes the principles and methods of X-ray detection for artifacts of different materials and archaeological remains in situ as well as practical application.
