Financial availability includes bank availability, securities availability and insurance availability. The improved CRITIC method was used to measure the financial availability of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2016. Generally speaking, the financial availability is very low, and changes in "N" pattern with time. There are spatial differences in financial availability. In the geographical space, the East is with the lead, and the Central and the West lag behind. The North China and East China are with the lead, and the Southwest lags behind. In the economic space, the East Coast, North Coast and South Coast have higher financial availability. The global and local spatial correlation analysis show that the spa-tial effect of financial availability is significant, and Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces have a higher degree of spatial agglomeration.
