In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the shaver cap′ s inner plane electrochemical grinding, comparative experiments of different feeding modes are carried out to study the law between the machining parameters with results, such as eccentric translational distance and eccentric translational times of the tool how to influence the surface roughness and flatness was optimized. The result shows that when eccentric translational distance is 0.06 mm and eccentric translational times are 6~8,surface roughness can stably reach Ra0.15~0.2 μm and flatness can steady reach 3 ~5 μm which can meet the high quality requirement of the shaver cap′ s inner surface machining.
