Development of electro-magnetic brake system on articulated light rail vehicle

YING Zhi-ding, XIANG Pu-jiang (Department of Rolling Stock,Tongji Univ., Shanghai 200331, China)  
In accordance with the brake requirement of articulated light rail vehicle, the simulated open electro-magnetic brake system controlled with microcomputer is designed. Considering the whole structure characteristic of vehicle marshalling, each functional part of the vehicle brake control system is designed and the plan of structure composing is put forward.
