Measurement of Radius and Coordinate of the Centre of Circle for Circular Building

JU Xing-hua (Xinxiang Institute of Planning and Design, Xinxiang,Henan 453003, China)  
For how to draw the plane figure of a circular building, author puts forward four kinds of the measurement methods including tangent, radius two points, three points and angular intersection method, and derives the calculating formulae of four measurement methods.
