Investigation on Existing Potential of Village Land Consolidation in Luliang County,Yunnan Province

Village land consolidation is an important and indispensable project to be primarily completed in the process of preliminary urbanization in China before 2020,the potential survey is a necessary prerequisite to carry out the village consolidation work in Luliang county. The raw data obtained by office,questionnaire and field investigation is analyzed and checked to obtain the quantitive and spatial distribution characteristics of its existing potential. Its area is 713. 72 hm2and accounts for 11. 24% of the total area in Luliang county,and it has the following characteristic that the spatial distribution is scattered,the village in lower stage of development has higher potential,the higher one owns more abandoned lands,the lower one owns more spared lands,the consolidation potential in the hilly and mountain area is higher than that in the flatlands,some of its features are different from those of the universal cognitions and it has a certain reference significance in Yunnan province. So it can be concluded that the common whole village reclamation mode doesn't apply to Luliang county according to the characteristics mentioned previously,and a new self-directed reclamation mode under government's supervision is puts forward.
