The Scattering Matrix of the Perfectily Conducting Flat Plate

With the method of physical optics,the formulas of the scattering matrix for the bistastic case is presented, when the plane waves imping on the perfectly conducting flate plate with arbitrary incident angle.Using these formulas,the RCS of the scattered field which results from the wave of special incident angle is analyzed and compered with the formula on the refereces to testify the validity of the formulas of this paper.These formulas can be calculated easily so that conveniently analyzing the characters of the scattered field.
