The Comparison Experiments of General Inverters Based on Vector Control and Direct Torque Control

Vector Control and Direct Torque Control are widely used in the adjustable speed drive systems. Based on the theoretical analysis of both strategies, they are compared in an advanced inverter-fed induction motor experiment platform in this paper.The results for steady -state and dynamic response performance are given for comparison and evaluations.
