Heat Pipe Radiator for Electronic Devices and Performance Analysis

As the working frequency and the integration degree of electronic devices keep increasing, their heat productivity increases rapidly. The traditional radiator is hard to cool the device as required, and it will cause bad influence on the steady of the device. Based on the analysis of heat tube working principle, this paper built the heat transfer model of heat tube radiators and analyzed the differences between traditional radiators and heat tube radiators in heat-sinking capability. The advantages of heat tube radiators in heat-sinking capability, setting up, layout and operating are educed.
