E-class Resonant High-freguency DC/AC Converter

SHEN Jin fei, HUI Jing, WU Lei (Southern Yangtze University, Wuxi 214063, China)  
Based on the high frequency power amplifier,an E class Resonant High frequency DC/AC converter applied to a ultrahigh frequency induction heating power supply is proposed. The switching frequency of the converter can outstrip 2MHz. Its principle and characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experiment are given.
