Study on Protection System of Triacs as Non-contact Reversible Switch

YAN Zhi-chao,XIANG Jian-hua(Fuxin Jiatong Electronics Co.,Ltd,Fuxin 123000,China)  
Triacs,as non-contact reversible switch is widely used in heavy rolling mill,for it has many advantages,such as no noise,no contact burnt damage and long lifetime.How to select the triacs correctly is very important because the triacs is the key parts of the non-contact reversible switch and its parameters and the valid protection circuit can ensure the rolling mill work smoothly.This article makes a terse and concise discussion on this problem.
