Analysis of the Optimum Method of High voltage Planar Junction Termination Parameters

In this paper,we discussed the various kinds of the optimum methods of high voltage planar junction structure,concluded its common principle,gave a flow chart of optimum design,and set forth our opinions about the development of junction termination techniques.
